Shipping & Returns

 

Please note that for any hemp flower all sales are final.  For all other products you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When an order is placed, the shipping estimate and estimated delivery time will be listed based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most orders are shipped via USPS. Large bulk flower orders will be shipped via truck and a shipping estimate will be emailed for confirmation prior to shipping order. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimension-based via USPS protocol. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All shipments require insurance. Any product(s) damaged in shipping will require a claim through the shipping carrier(i.e., USPS). All damaged product, packaging and the box shipped in must have pictures taken of them and stored appropriately until the claim process is complete. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY DURING CLAIM PROCESS. If product, packaging or box are discarded prior to claim completion this could result in a denial of claim. A denial of insurance damage claim can result in Lifted Hemp Co denying refund or replacement to the customer. Pictures of damage(s) must be submitted to sales@liftedhempco.com within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Pictures must include damaged product, packaging, box used to ship, shipping label, invoice and any other documents included in shipment that reflects cost/pricing. Not following any of the above statements can directly result in a denial of refund and/or replacement of damaged product by Lifted Hemp Co.
